Christopher specializes in corporate legal counsel, transactional matters, and M&A.
For those times when you need legal counsel to move at the speed of your business.
Christopher is a seasoned transactional attorney and corporate legal counsel having spent nearly a decade of his legal career working as in-house legal counsel for several organizations, from B2B and B2C .Coms to sophisticated manufacturing firms and real estate conglomerates—he’s seen the gamut of the business law landscape.
He has a knack for untangling and translating the legal jargon to cut to the quick of what matters most for busy business executives—getting the deals done, while mitigating the most risk.
Christopher is an active member of his community, serving as the Secretary and Treasurer of the Watershed Center, a local environmental non-profit organization.
He formerly served several concurrent terms as a commissioner for Traverse City’s Board of Zoning Appeals and the Historic Districts Commission.
When he’s out of the office, Christopher can often be found hiking and camping with his family or learning the rules to a new tabletop game. He has an extensive collection of comic books and writes screenplays between legal briefs.
