Hughes Socol Piers Resnick & Dym, Ltd. Files New N.D. Illinois Lawsuit

The law firm of Hughes Socol Piers Resnick & Dym, Ltd. has filed a new mass copyright infringement lawsuit in the Northern District of Illinois. This lawsuit, titled BKGTH Productions LLC, v. Does 1-87 and filed under case number 1:13-cv-04712, alleges that the 87 John Doe defendants listed in the case are liable for copyright infringement of “Bad Kids Go to Hell,” which is a comedy horror movie.
